  • Every job is different — the only honest way to give a real number is to see the work in person. That's why estimates are always free. We'll come out, look at the project, and send you a written, itemized quote that's priced at fair market rates. No hidden fees. No surprises on the invoice.
  • Always. Every estimate is delivered in writing, itemized line by line, before any work begins. You'll know exactly what's being done and what you're paying for — nothing happens on the job that wasn't agreed on first.
  • It depends on the scope. A simple outlet job might be 1–2 hours. A panel upgrade is usually a single day. Whole-home rewires can take a week or more. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the estimate — and we'll communicate proactively if anything changes once we're in the walls.
  • Most electrical work in Massachusetts requires a permit — panel upgrades, EV chargers, new circuits, additions, rewires. If it does, we pull it, file it, and handle the inspection. You never deal with the town. Small jobs like swapping out an outlet usually don't need one. We'll always tell you upfront.
  • Schedule depends on the time of year and project size. For most jobs we can be on-site within 1–2 weeks of estimate approval. Smaller jobs and emergencies often go faster. The fastest way to lock in a slot is to request your free estimate today.
  • Yes — 1-year workmanship warranty on every job. If something we installed or wired isn't working right within 12 months, we come back and fix it. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (panels, EV chargers, fixtures) are passed straight through to you, typically 1–10 years depending on the product.
  • Cash, check, Venmo, or invoice. Whatever's easiest for you. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're satisfied with the work — never upfront.
